Slightly disapointed...

1) I didn’t think Tatum had it in him to lead a team to a championship.

2) The lack of overall competition it felt like they encountered.

Part of that is they were just that much better than everyone else. But part of it was injuries they played against, at least through the East playoffs. No excuse for Dallas since they were healthy.

I feel like I was kind of proven right given how important Holiday and Porzingas were (despite the latter’s injury) and the fact Brown won MVP in the ECF and the Finals.

This isn’t to take away from what the Celtics accomplished as an all-time great team, but just as a fan and spectator, it got a little boring.
