🍛 CHICKEN TERIYAKI w/ Rice (or Egg Noodles)

Rinse the rice multiple times and let soak for a few hours before cooking.

If noodles, start to preheat the water.

Cut chicken and throw on low heat.

Mix the following in a small sauce pan

1 cup water

🍝 CREAMY TOMATO AND RED PEPPER PASTA SHELLS

1/4 soy sauce

Preheat a pot of water

Get a shallow and wide pan preheated on low with some butter, pepper, and a clove of pressed garlic.

1 pressed clove of garlic

4 tsp brown sugar

Blend half a jar of sun dried tomatoes and one mini can of tomato purée

1 tsp sugar

When the tomato is fully blended and water is at a boil, add shells to water and tomato to pan.

2 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Set timer for 12 min

Put over MED heat immediately.

@ 6min add 1 + 3/4 cups of heavy whipping cream to tomato in pan

🍚 CHORIZO AND RICE

Throw noodles in boiling water (~6min) or start the rice (~8min) and turn the heat on the chicken up to MED/HIGH.

Rinse the rice multiple times and let soak for a few hours before cooking.

Stir lots and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and lots of red pepper flakes

Cut up a red onion and decob two corn on the cobs and throw into a skillet.

After a couple minutes, start the rice, and add the chorizo to the onion and corn. Set timer for ~8min.

Cut up some mini sweet peppers into circles and add to the mix.

Mix 1/4 cold water with 2 tbsp corn starch and add to sauce pan.

At the end of the timer, drain the pasta and add directly to the sauce, mix together, and serve.

Season the mix with red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

When the timer is up, drain the noodles, and mix chicken, sauce, and noodles all together.

Add a creamy sriracha type sauce to the mix.

At the timer, serve mix over rice.

🍖 STEAK AND POTATOES

Preheat oven to 400º

Cut up and season potatoes.

Cook potatoes in the oven for ~30min

Cook steak as desired.

Serve together.

Smother in olive oil, salt, pepper, a tiny pit of dill and cayenne. Mix each pile with your hands to get everything well coated.

🍛 SHEET PAN BIBIMBAP

Chop them all up and place on pan. I use two pans (1 large, 1 small) given the sizes I have.

As always, Rinse the rice multiple times and let soak for a few hours before cooking.

Preheat oven to 450°

Carrots: peel and slice into halves the long way and then cut diagonally into about 1 inch pieces.

Pick four veggies: I did one large sweet potato, two big handfuls kale, one red onion, and three large carrots. The video did mushrooms instead of carrots.

Sweet Potato: I split in half twice, the long way and then chop into small half moons.

Onion: I cut the four sides off and then cut into 1/2 width slices that are full height tall.

Pop in the oven for 26 minutes.

Start the rice ovre MED/HIGH @ 14.

@ 6 min, Cover a small pan with oil, crack how ever many eggs as people eating into the pan. Place the rice on the other half.

@ 0, add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to rice and fold over itself to mix.
