Lastly, I believe in templates and structure and things looking nice.

Rough notes from reviews, meetings, and readings are always shared.

That means decks and docs are shared at creation as WIP with co-workers, not when tidy. Never taken offline.

I do believe in working out in the open.

Was thinking it would be cool to work as a sort of Freelance PM with small companies like Agile Tortoise (Drafts) and Kinopio and creatives like 3W3M and Robin Sloan, but no idea how that would work…

But I don’t believe all problems are solved in meetings. Real problem solving requires some solo deep thinking time.

Will think out loud on calls and in text. Show thought process and ensure alignment. Spitballing is my middle name.

Directing work, organizing, structuring, and managing things that result in something tangible and creative.

Organization. Structure.

I don’t believe we should always present ourselves as buttoned up and professional. Even to clients.

I want to get closer to creative work and creative people. Helping people get their creative work done while handling the behind the scenes things and also being able to weigh in and help push things forward.

Creative. Design. Tech. Comics.

Producer / Editor / Product / Program / Project Manager

No idea. That’s why I’m here… trying to figure it out.

I wrangle, I strategize/analyze, I organize, I tinker, I develop processes, I focus on details, and I generally make improvements. And sadly have a habit of rambling.

I learn fast and on the job to get things done. RPA, SQL, PowerBI - all things I had to learn for the first time while delivering quality at the same time.

Don’t like to go deep, but wide (but am a wizard at excel). And am always learning.

Everything. Jack-of-all-trades.

Previously: Project Manager, Tech + Non Tech Program Manager, System Integrator, CRM, ERP, RPA, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, RPA Development (in a crunch), Pricing Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, and Sales Intern 😝 (even some Design Direction)

I’ve consulted with Big Tech in Seattle and government bureaus.

Currently: Business Strategy Consultant, MBA and soon, PMP
