A 31 box grid that can be used as a shared monthly calendar. Really comes alive when you invite a friend and add videos, stickers, drawings, and music to make something unique. Could also be an advent calendar counting down to a big event.

Time Tracking [Work Template]

Org Chart [Work Template]
Because Org Charts in Kinopio are so easy to edit, company structures are more adaptable to changing market or customer needs. Using Boxes to group teams, gives a stronger sense of relative team sizes and organization shape.
Project & Issue Tracker [Work Template]
A classic kanban board that uses lists for Tasks, Up Next, In Progress, and Deferred cards. Unlike a traditional kanban app, a Kinopio space is also a great way to link to project resources and state the goals of the project right next to the planning.
Roadmap [Work Template]
Roadmaps are a plan, but they aren't set in stone. As you learn new things about the market and about your customers the roadmap should adjust – but fortunately Kinopio makes it easy to keeps things fluid.
