Hey Siri, add Kinopio card

- A way to quickly create cards on iOS using Shortcuts

- It will ask for authorization key. You can get this by navigating to a Kinopio space and entering `JSON.parse(localStorage.user).apiKey` in the console
- Under the Network step, add two fields

- `spaceId` which is a text field. The value is the id of the space you want the card added to.
- `name`: set this to a text field. Select **Provided Input**.
- Create an "inbox" space where all cards created via this shortcut will go.
- You can launch the shortcut in various ways
- Add it to your home screen
- Go to Shortcuts app and run from there
- Activate via Siri: "Hey Siri, Add Kinopio Card". Then speak the contents.
