Goal

For the machine, the flair neo is pretty cheap. but I’m still enamored with the Robot.

The grinders are all-purpose, so I could phase this in when I replace my current Encore.

Based largely on Lance’s reviews, I feel like both the Fellow Opus and Baratza Encore ESP are up to task as a starter grinder. They are both < $200.
