local-only spaces spec

'local only' Space is on this device only. Only you can view and edit.

this might be easier to do if switched to 3 free spaces , instead of 100 free cards

removes the 'others can create cards here for free'
auto backup to local files
use todesktop api to enable space-backups to a user specified folder (in cache.savespace/updatespace) e.g. documents/kinopio-backups ,
prompt to select folder on app startup, or set up later in settings
see how is obsidian data folder set?
removes the need for users to backup manually
