Setup
Cleanshot is a good third party tool for screenshotting and screen recording . Although macOS has built in basic versions
command + shift + 4 is a keyboard shortcut I use all the time for taking screenshots. Pops a little preview of the screenshot in the bottom right of the screen, which you can then drag into apps or a folder. Otherwise it default saves to the desktop.
