not everyone is chill with persisting this after meetup. so far: internal live-streaming (and persistence) is fine.

figure out who can help; like getting ppl in and upto 14th floor, getting setup, tech assistance, random questions, making sure ppl are talking to each other, making sure nobody drinkz too much, cleaning up after, etc.
