Learning new things, sharing new things to the team that people can learn more from on their own time and at their own pace
Bunch of folks itching to do some backend work :)
Listen
All participants listen to each teammate. Take notes and ideas during the share out using team norms questions.
Questions: Any participant that has a brief question about something their teammate shared will ask
Does anyone remember the React course we did a couple years ago (in office)? It was fun and I learned a lot. Maybe we can find another class like that.
How do we support 1:1, more direct communication in hybrid world? 1:1 webex feels so formal
How can we leverage async?
I wish we could make things like refinement async, but it seems like meeting is the only way to make us review stuff
I’d like to experiment, what would a sprint without meetings look like?
Async communication is fine, but how do we still feel connected, sometimes posting in Teams can lead to 🦗
Could do more writing offline to leverage the independent folks / non meeting folks. Focus mneetings on content review and decision making rather than content creation
Big problem without meetings is lack of social contact, can feel disconnected. How often do we need to gather?
