Hmmm, though I do like this MOMO pattern - I think I can replace it with some other images for inspo; changing things up.
Staying on track when life gets heavy. What I learn’t was isolation is needed, and getting out of the house to appreciate the time we’ve been given here. Bought a lot of timer like things to keep track and not get too lost in my mind, losing track of time and feeling just guilty - a boulder of shame. Staying active and drinking water is a soft helper.
