Yeah that was a clear foul on Booker. I get why they are frustrated (from some of the earlier calls,) but that was a clear foul.

Unreal performance from Booker, tough shot after tough shot

MIL gives Payne a bunny jumper and he steps into it easily.

Let me paint you a picture: Tucker in the corner with no one on him. Craig guarding Giannis in the post with DA in the center of the paint guarding no one.

I think I heard the announced say Booker hit a tough shot while I was painting this picture.

Not sure if Bridges or Ayton have even made a shot since Q1.

DA strolls over, tries to move Craig out to Tucker and take over the Giannis assignment.

Craig says “nah” turns and goes the other way across the lane, doubles the post, and helps force a missed shot down low.

I didn’t think MIL would be able to win the close games.

The game can basically be summed up in a single play.

I’m not one of the idiots who thinks Giannis is overrated, but I did think his ability (or lack there of) to make free throws would severely hamper MIL in close games.

Booker picks up his 5th early in the 4th quarter, could be big

But Giannis, despite not putting up the points (we have Middleton to thank for those in bunches), was amazing.

Even Jrue, despite shooting horrendously from the field, played a superb game.

And Tucker, with 0 points worked hard and caused a lot of the foul trouble seen on Booker because of his hustle. (He made some dumb fouls too, so if PHX wins the story is completely different)

And that proved not to be the case tonight.

I haven’t even talked about PHX yet. Booker did exactly what I expected him to do tonight, which is why I was confident PHX would win.

What he is doing is seriously super special. It’s LeBron 2016-esque of just doing everything possible and working harder than everyone else to not leave a single stone unturned in order to win it all.
