I bought a digital pomodoro timer to help with focus. Also a casio watch - to use less of my phone as a time. Huge shifts in time tracking and curbing the distractions. Though my phone is really just been a podcast/music tool.

Will also revise TTRPG Play by Post - now I’m in a better mind space and time.
